Before you write
If it’s about an order, include the order number from your confirmation email — it saves a round trip. If it’s about a fault, a photo in daylight tells us more than a paragraph.
Bridal
We’ll help you build a full look — haram, necklace, jhumkas, tikka, bangles — over email or a video call, at no charge. Send us a photo of the outfit and the date and we’ll come back with two or three options and what they’d cost. Start six weeks out if you can.
Wholesale and events
We supply a small number of boutiques and do occasional pop-ups. If you run a shop or a market and want to stock us, write with the word "wholesale" in the subject line.
Where we are
Clyde, VIC, Australia. Online only — there’s no shopfront to visit, but everything you order is picked and packed here.
