Delivery estimates are Australia Post’s, counted in business days from dispatch rather than from when you order. They stretch in December and around Deepavali — order early if it’s for a date.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day are usually packed the same afternoon. Everything else goes out the next business day. You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as the label is scanned.

Every parcel is sent with tracking. Signature on delivery is available on Express — ask in the order notes and we’ll add it at no charge for orders over $300.

Where we deliver

All of Australia, including PO boxes and Parcel Lockers, plus New Zealand. We don’t currently ship anywhere else — if you’re overseas and want a piece, email us and we’ll quote it manually.

New Zealand orders are sent DDU: any GST or duty charged on arrival is the customer’s to pay. Most orders under NZ$1,000 clear without a charge.

If something goes wrong

Tracking stopped moving for more than five business days, or the parcel is marked delivered and isn’t there? Email [email protected] with your order number. We lodge the enquiry with Australia Post and, if it’s lost, we replace or refund it — you don’t have to chase them yourself.

Please double-check your address at checkout. Redirecting a parcel after dispatch is not something Australia Post lets us do reliably, and a parcel returned to us for a wrong address will need postage paid again.
