Who you’re buying from
Corals Jewellery Pty Ltd, trading as Corals. Placing an order means you accept these terms.
Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after you’ve placed an order.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we dispatch it. If a piece turns out to be out of stock, or a price was listed in obvious error, we may decline the order and refund you in full — we’ll email you either way.
Stock counts on this site are updated by hand. Very occasionally two people buy the last one within a few minutes of each other; if that happens we’ll contact you the same day with the choice of a refund or a wait.
Payment
Payment is taken by our payment provider on a secure page hosted by them. We don’t see or store your card details. Your order isn’t confirmed until payment clears.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See shipping & delivery.
Product descriptions
All items sold on this site are imitation jewellery: plated base metal set with synthetic stones and simulated pearls. They are not gold, not silver unless described as sterling, and contain no precious stones. Photographs are taken in natural light and colours may render differently on your screen.
Because pieces are cast and set by hand, small variations between items are normal and are not a fault.

Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, condition, warranty, right or remedy you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other law that cannot be excluded. Where we are permitted to limit liability, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid.
Intellectual property
The text, photography and design of this website belong to Corals Jewellery Pty Ltd. Please don’t reuse our product photography or copy on another store.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of VIC, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that state.
